| This applet is by Fabio Ciucci. It is more involved than other applets but also gives more control over the ripple effect as well as the ability to have a scrolling message. The applet is not free nor are the other two applets in this gallery. They are very reasonably priced, however. I believe it was $20 (US) for 30 applets of various kinds.
